B2B Custom Sampling / Proofing Fees: As a 15-year manufacturing factory, we offer custom sampling services. By requesting a custom sample and paying the associated "Proofing Fee," you acknowledge that:
Custom samples are made-to-order based on your specifications.
Proofing fees are strictly non-refundable once production begins.
If a subsequent bulk manufacturing order (Bulk Order) is placed based on the approved sample, the proofing fee will be credited toward the total balance of the bulk order, as outlined in your specific B2B contract.
