At Hopwin Lingerie, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our seamless shapewear and active intimates. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be challenging.

To ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience, please carefully read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Window (The 30-Day Guarantee)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we strictly enforce the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free (no perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains).

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, any hygiene seals/stickers (specifically on bodysuits, panties, and thongs) must be completely intact and untampered with.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Custom Exceptions)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal removed:

  • Panties, thongs, and Brazilian cut bottoms.

  • Bodysuits (if the protective crotch liner has been removed or altered).

  • Sale items or items purchased using a final-sale promotional code.

  • B2B Custom Samples: Custom proofing fees and bespoke sample orders are non-refundable, as they are custom-made to your specifications. (Note: Proofing fees are credited toward your final bulk manufacturing order, as outlined in your B2B contract).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these structured steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [hopwinlingerie@gmail.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item received was defective or incorrect). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Recommended: If you are shipping items over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damages and Factory Defects

We are a 15-year source factory, and every piece undergoes strict QC. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide photos of the defect and your order number to [hopwinlingerie@gmail.com]. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on our hygiene and condition standards.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (e.g., a different size or color) is to return the item you have following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
